Rule 135
Certification of Bill
(1) The Speaker of the House shall submit the bill certified in accordance with Rule 134 to the President for certification in accordance with Article 113, Sub-section (2) of the Constitution.
(2) Upon receipt of the certified notice from the President, the Speaker shall read the said notice in the meeting. In the event that the session is not in session, the secretary will publish such information in the newsletter of the meeting.
